Jerome County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office or a representative of the Jerome County Sheriff's Office or jail. It cannot confirm custody status, provide an official booking record, release anyone, post bond, or direct an agency to act. For an authoritative answer, use the public office that holds the record.

Where Jerome Records Live

Use the official contacts below for county detention and booking records. The county's Jail Reports & Warrants page leads to Active Warrants, Daily Arraignments, Daily Arrests, and In Custody reports. Those reports represent different custody or court states. A booking event is an accusation and does not establish guilt or a final case result.

Written records requests

County public-records information
JCSO request form

Records email:
jcsorecords@co.jerome.id.us
Records fax: 208-595-3309

Ordinary response: 3-10 business days. The form explains that business days are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and an after-hours request begins on the next business day.

Photo charge: $5 for each photo disc. Other copy or processing fees may apply under Idaho Code ยง9-338, including for a report over 100 pages.

For a booking record or photo, use the county form's photographs or other category and describe one specific event. Include the person's full name, booking date or range, date of birth when known, held-for agency, incident details, and case or booking number if available. The form permits delivery by pickup, mail, fax, or email when available. A request can be sent by email, fax, mail, or in person to the address above. The Idaho Attorney General's public-records guidance explains the broader state framework, but the custodian still determines what can be released or redacted.

Choose the record path that matches the question:

  • Just arrested or booked: Open the official Zuercher Reports portal through Daily Arrests. It shows a booking event for the report window, not a guarantee that the person remains in custody. The Daily Arrests output checked in the research did not display the same photo layout as In Custody.
  • Currently in the jail: Use In Custody in the same portal. The observed report displayed booking-photo images, but the county does not promise that every report or future version will do so. Daily Arraignments is for an initial court appearance, not a disposition.
  • Active warrant information: Use Active Warrants in the county portal and the Most Wanted Fugitives page. An active warrant is an outstanding process, not proof of a new arrest or current detention. Do not approach a wanted person. Use the published tip channel or seek legal help through the court or an attorney.
  • A Jerome city police record: The Jerome Administrative Services page says police and accident reports may be requested in person, by mail, or by fax at 208-324-3609. JPD is at 223 1st Avenue East, Jerome, ID 83338, phone 208-324-4328. Reports are normally available in three business days, and some requests require a city form. No separate public JPD daily arrest log was located.
  • Hazelton or Eden: No separate city arrest roster was located. Hazelton's public-records page routes city-held requests through the clerk. The county describes JCSO as providing or contracting law-enforcement service for Hazelton and Eden, so detention booking records and photos generally begin with the county request form. The county resources sheet lists Eden City Hall at 235 West Wilson Avenue and 208-825-5776. Confirm municipal details before sending a request, and use the Hazelton and Eden pages for the local booking path.
  • A court result: Search public case information and hearings through Idaho iCourt. For copies, use the Jerome County court records request form, not the jail photo form. Court records can show later filings or disposition after the booking report is no longer current.
  • Release alerts or another custody state: VINELink and Idaho VINE at 1-866-984-6343 provide custody or court-status notifications, not booking photos. Use the IDOC Resident/Client Search for sentenced or supervised state cases, the Bureau of Prisons locator for federal incarceration, and the ICE locator for immigration custody. Those systems do not replace the Jerome County booking reports.
